May 11, 2026 – Leaving Wheaton

We left home late yesterday morning. But before leaving Wheaton we had to make a quick stop.

Now with everything we needed in the RV we were ready to head to Freemont, Ohio. Our destination for the first night – Lynnwoods Law Enforcement Canine Academy….Huh???

It’s a member of Harvest Hosts, a group of businesses/establishments/companies throughout the nation that allows members to camp in their RV on their grounds for free. Donations or supporting the businesses are encouraged.

The stay was very peaceful. We didn’t even hear any dogs, just birds from the field outside our door.
